Dr. Jose Mikle Robin is a first-generation entrepreneur and visionary business leader with over 25 years of international experience across multiple industries and markets.

He is the Chairman of JMR Group of Companies, a diversified business group with operations spanning Infrastructure, Real Estate, Energy, Education, Information Technology, Retail, Automation, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Agriculture.

Dr. Robin also serves as the Managing Director of Oasis Grace LLC, Oman, a construction and general contracting company established in 2000. Starting with fewer than 10 employees, Oasis Grace has grown into a major organization employing 1,800+ people, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability and high standards in the construction industry.

Beyond business, Dr. Robin is passionate about creating employment opportunities, developing young talent and building sustainable businesses. His leadership has contributed to the growth of thousands of professionals, particularly Indian youth and women, while also supporting skill development and training initiatives.
